Our Founder

Meet our founder Dr. Aniqa Qazi

Growing up in a family of traditional herbal healers in Southeast Asia, I was fascinated by the healing power of nature. My inquisitive mind naturally led me to the world of medicine, where I could explore the connection between the nature and science. My educational quest and medical practices took me across the globe, allowing me to witness the remarkable healing power of the natural remedies.

As a practicing GP and mother of children with skin conditions, I called upon my experiences of using natural remedies instead of steroids for their eczema and acne. Reflecting on my experiences as a junior doctor, where patients often requested a shaver, a comb, a lipstick, or a mascara right after the surgery, I recognized this deep bond between the physical appearance and wellness. This realization inspired me to create integrated skincare remedies rooted in the nature and backed by the medical evidence. Thus, I founded my company, Sorcery Spells and Potions. I truly believe it is nothing short of magic what we have created here.

Who is Dr. Qazi?

Dr. Qazi is well experienced GP who graduated in 2001 and has a keen eye and interest in skin related concerns. Dr. Qazi has collaborated with dermatologists and naturopaths to develop products to address common skin related concerns.

What is your Best Selling product?

While we take pride in every product we have created, our best sellers are Face oil, Anti-aging day and night bundle and our Healing Bundle which helps sooth eczema, dermatitis and extremely dry skin conditions.

Why use oils in skin care?

The theory behind the use of oils is that they create a strong barrier against environmental aggressors which cause irritation, soreness, ageing, pigmentation and acne etc. But they have an additional role to play which is mimicking the natural skin oils and carrying the products into the deep layers of the skin where they are needed the most.

Where are your products made?

We are very proud British manufacturers, and all our products are made in small batches to maintain the best quality.

What packaging will be used for my orders?

We fee very strongly about environmental protection and carbon footprint hence we pick up what ever sustainable, recycled and recyclable materials we find in the market to pack and deliver the products. We DO NOT aim for bespoke packaging and shipping materials from across the globe as it increases the waste and carbon footprint.

How long will it be before I get my order?

Our products are hand made in small batches, sometimes we must produce orders on demand, especially our bundles (heal, spa and teen skin) in order to maintain their quality hence there may be delays in sending the products out at times.

Are your products 100% natural?

All our products are made with natural ingredients but there is no such thing as 100% natural products. The ingredients we use are not synthetic but can be processed and there is no way of circumventing this fact in skin care industry.

What is the refund policy?

If you are not satisfied with our products, we will offer you a full refund however the cost of shipping @4£ will be deducted.

While we live and practice in England it is unimaginable to think that the diagnosis of cancer is a sentence to a very painful and undignified death in certain parts of the world. This Charity Hospital is the ONLY palliative care hospital in the whole country who provides support and care that a palliative pt. and his family deserves. Our founder Dr. Qazi is forever in debt to this hospital. When her father was diagnosed with terminal cancer, despite all the resources and knowledge of being an experienced doctor, she was unable to provide care to her father that he deserved, this hospital came to the rescue and provided much needed care.
